Description

L-61011 HEA contains vinyl groups that can copolymerize with various unsaturated monomers to form polymers with hydroxyl-functional side chains. These functional groups are particularly suitable for both prepolymer and post-polymer crosslinking reactions. In addition to its use in automotive coating formulations, HEA is widely applied in UV-curable systems, where it can be linked to diisocyanates, diepoxy resins, and other reactive oligomers and prepolymers, making them highly polymerizable under UV light. The resulting polymers are used in wood coatings, printing inks, and adhesives.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg / 200 kg per drum
