Reference Formula

Recommended Usage

1. Construction ratio: A component : B component: C component=10 : 2 : (2~4)

2. Construction viscosity: ≧ 9.0 seconds

3. Construction film thickness: 35～45um

4. Drying conditions: 70°C×30min (finger touch dry time: 70°C, 10min)

5. Others: Bake at 80°C×60min, then place it for 24 hours, and then perform performance test (such as alcohol resistance, RCA resistance, salt spray/hand sweat resistance, etc.)

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 25 kg / 200 kg per drum

Tips: L-5200 is stable with 150 turns of RCA resistance, stable non-stick property over 5 years.
