L-5200 It is a polyester polyol polymer with unique elongation, good adhesion to substrates, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, RCA resistance, anti-sticking and other characteristics.

Application notes
1. Construction ratio: A component: B component: C component=10 : 2 : (2~4)
2. Construction viscosity: ≧9.0 seconds
3. Construction film thickness: 35～45um
4. Drying conditions: 70°C×30min (finger touch dry time: 70°C, 10min)
5. Others: Bake at 80°C×60min, then place it for 24 hours, and then perform performance test (such as alcohol resistance, RCA resistance, salt spray/hand sweat resistance, etc.)
Storage, shelf time and Packing
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 20KG/25KG/200KG/barrel
Tips: L-5200 is stable with 150 turns of RCA resistance, stable non-stick property over 5 years.
