Description

L-2900 specially modified PU resin. After cross-linking reaction with isocyanate, an interpenetrating network structure system is formed. After mixing, toughness and plasticity of base material are outstanding. After drying and film formation, scratches on the surface will not cause a fracture response, and it has good anti-scratch  and quick repair effects. The paint film has characteristics of good fullness, good aging resistance, and self repair function. It is suitable for high-requirements automotive protective films, automotive interior parts, motorcycle helmet protective coatings and other fields. It is also a good product for adjusting flexibility of coating films.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 25kg / 200 kg per drum

Tips: L-2900 coating film has instant self-healing performance and will repair faster after being heated (such as using 60ºC hot water).
