L-1202 is a hydroxyl-containing acrylic copolymer with good adhesion to plastics, especially nylon-reinforced substrates. It exhibits excellent application properties, good alignment of aluminum flakes, compatibility with other resins, and high resistance to yellowing.

Product Features
Exhibits excellent adhesion to plastics such as ABS, PC, PC reinforced with fibers, PA and PA reinforced with fibers, PMMA, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, TPU, especially nylon with 55% glass fiber.
Shows good compatibility with CAB and amino resins, ensures uniform silver powder orientation, strong intercoat adhesion, and good pigment dispersion.
Excellent recoating performance; even after two recoats followed by UV or PU topcoating and water boiling, adhesion remains excellent.

Storage Conditions
To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 25kg / 200 kg per drum
