L-1201 is a hydroxyl-containing acrylic copolymer that, at room temperature, can be combined with non-yellowing polyisocyanates to form a two-component system with excellent application properties, good silver powder orientation, and outstanding compatibility. It is highly suitable for two-component silver or pearlescent paints, offering excellent physical and chemical performance as well as pigment dispersibility, and can also be used to produce solid-color coatings.

Product Features
Excellent adhesion to plastic substrates such as ABS, PC, PC+fiber, PA and PA+fiber, PMMA, fiberglass, TPU, as well as metal substrates like aluminum alloys.
Good compatibility with CAB; ensures uniform silver pigment orientation, strong intercoat adhesion, and good pigment dispersion.
Recoatability is excellent; even after double recoating followed by UV or PU topcoat and water boiling, adhesion remains very good.
Chemical resistance is outstanding, withstanding water boiling at 100 °C for 2 hours.

Storage Conditions
To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 25 / 200 kg per drum
Tips: L-1201 is mainly used as a primer and has good adhesion to various metal substrates such as aluminum and stainless steel.
