Description

L-1008 this product has excellent silver powder arrangement effect, super metallic feel, and improves the hiding power of metallic pigments. Adding ordinary silver paste and pearlescent powder electroplated silver will have a strong metallic feel, alcohol resistance, wear resistance, scratch resistance, good paint film hardness, adhesion to ABS, poor adhesion to pure PC, and PC-based material needs to be primed, and the system has excellent compatibility with PU and UV varnish. Environmentally friendly, halogen-free and benzene-free.

Reference formula

Dilution Ratio:

Can be thinned at a ratio of 1:3–4 with thinner. In the solvent formulation, it is recommended to use ketones and esters as the main strong solvents.The solvent strength can be adjusted according to actual requirements — ensure that the formulation does not attack or damage the substrate.

Notes:

The choice of thinner should be adjusted based on different substrates and actual application conditions.

Applications

Suitable for ABS and PC substrates (PC requires primer).

Designed for plating-look coatings and single-coat systems with high alcohol and abrasion resistance.

Recommended for high-gloss silver coatings for vacuum metallization, and compatible with UV, PU, and elastic topcoat systems.

Storage Conditions

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/190KG/barrel

Tips: L-1008 has the best silver arrayment effect, is halogen-free, but needs to be primed.
