L-9861W is a water-based 6-functional UV polyurethane aqueous solution modified by a special process. It has fast curing speed, high hardness, good wear resistance, good scratch resistance, and good chemical resistance. Can be co-soluble with other water-based UV resins.

Performance
It has good adhesion to ABS, ABS/PC, PC and wood, and has good pigment wettability.
Good hardness and good scratch resistance (nails, pencils, coins)
Excellent water resistance, scrub resistance and alkali resistance, good stain resistance

Precautions
1. The diluent is tap water: isopropyl alcohol (or ethanol) 1:1. Solvents such as PMA can also be appropriately added to the formula;
2. The resin can be used alone to formulate a varnish, which can be used for sealing protection or gloss decoration on metal or wooden surfaces;
3. If it is applied to non-absorbent material surfaces and has high requirements for resistance to chemicals and solvents, it must be dried with hot air before UV curing;
4. The curing condition is a UV lamp with a power of 3000W or above. The distance between the lamp and the object to be illuminated is within 7CM for the fastest curing speed and the best effect. If the distance is greater than this distance, the illumination time needs to be extended appropriately.
Storage, shelf time and Packing
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 50KG/200KG/barrel
