Description

L-9500W water-based specialty resin is a hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin dispersion modified by a special process. It has high hydroxyl content, high hardness, high fullness and wear resistance. L-9500W can be mixed with water-based isocyanate curing agent to prepare two-component industrial paint and automotive refinishing paint, or mixed with amino resin to prepare high-temperature baking paint. The obtained paint film has high gloss and hardness. Due to the high cross-linking density of the paint film, the paint film has excellent chemical resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, weather resistance and stain resistance.

Applications

For high wear resistance requirements: two-component water-based plastic topcoat, water-based hardware topcoat, two-component water-based wood topcoat, two-component varnish, etc.

Precautions

The product should be stored in a closed container to avoid freezing and high temperatures. It is recommended that the normal storage temperature is between 10°C and 25°C.

Storage Conditions

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 50KG/200KG/barrel
