Description

L-9300W water-based matte resin is modified using a soap-free emulsion polymerization process. Matt groups are induced during the synthesis process, and a self-crosslinked matte acrylate emulsion is prepared using a special silicone cross-linking system. It not only gives the paint film high matteness and transparency, but also has excellent weather resistance, water resistance, stain resistance, alkali resistance, excellent dry and wet adhesion, silky feel, and flexibility of the paint film.

Applications

Used in water-based plastic paint, water-based plastic feel oil, water-based paper, film feel oil, leather surface varnish, high-performance exterior wall coatings, real stone paint, outdoor wood coatings and other fields.

Precautions

It has good compatibility with other waterborne resins, such as acrylic emulsions and waterborne hydroxyl resins

To enhance the tactile feel, an appropriate amount of flocking powder can be added

It can be used directly by adding a suitable amount of water, or it can react with crosslinking agents (e.g., waterborne polyisocyanates)

The product should be stored in a tightly sealed container, protected from freezing and high temperatures. Recommended storage temperature is 10–25 °C

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg per drum

Tips:L-9300W is a waterborne matte resin, free of fillers, with a matte level around 10° gloss. It is modified with organosilicon, offering high weather resistance and excellent stain resistance.
