Lencolo 5039  is a free radical (II) type solid photoinitiator with low residual odor. When used alone, its initiation efficiency is generally moderate; it is more commonly used in combination with other low-odor photoinitiators. For example, combined with TPO photoinitiators, it can effectively enhance curing efficiency. Typical applications include odorless and non-toxic packaging for paper and food.

Recommended Usage

Solubility (20℃, g/100g)

Addition amount: 2~4% for film thickness 5~20mm 2-4%; 2~6% for film thickness 2~200mm

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg per bag
