Lencolo 5038  is a new high-efficiency photoinitiator, mainly suitable for UV curing system based on acrylate monomers and oligomers. It is mainly used in UV systems such as offset printing, flexo printing, screen printing inks, adhesives, and electronic circuit board inks. This product has a synergistic effect with active amine photoinitiators.

Recommended Usage

Solubility (20℃, g/100g)

Addition amount: 2~4% for film thickness 5~20mm; 2~6% for film thickness 2~200mm

Users are advised to determine the optimal addition level through preliminary testing

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg per bag
