Lencolo 5037 is a high-efficiency amine synergist for UV-curable systems, mainly used as an initiator in UV curing reactions. It is used as a photoinitiator for radiation-curable UV coatings and UV inks. Typical end-use applications include UV-curable flooring coatings, plastic coatings, optical fiber coatings, optical disc coatings, UV solder mask inks for printed circuit boards, UV marking inks, etc. It also shows broad applicability in UV varnishes for paper.

Applications

It is suitable for UV-cured floor coatings, plastic coatings, optical fiber coatings, CD coatings, light-curing solder resist inks for circuit boards, and light-curing marking inks. In addition, it is also widely used in light-cured paper glazing coatings.

Recommended Usage

Solubility (20℃, g/100g)

Addition amount: 2~4% film thickness 5~20mm 2-4%; 2~6% film thickness 2~200mm

Users are advised to determine the optimal addition level through preliminary testing

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg per bag
