Lencolo 5036 is a high-efficiency solid amine synergist suitable for UV-curable mono- or multi-functional monomers and oligomers. It is mainly used in offset printing inks, adhesives, screen printing inks, soldermask inks, and other electronics applications. It is generally used in combination with ITX or 907.

It is suitable for monomers and oligomers with single or multifunctional UV polymerization monomers, mainly used in lithographic printing inks, adhesives, screen printing inks, solder mask inks and other electronic products. Typically used in combination with ITX or 907.

Recommended Usage

Solubility (20℃, g/100g)

Addition amount: 2~4% for film thickness 5~20 mm; 2~5% for film thickness 2~200 mm

Users are advised to determine the optimal addition level through preliminary testing

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg per bag
