Lencolo 5034 is a highly efficient, low-odor Type II solid radical photoinitiator. Among structurally modified benzophenone-based low-odor photoinitiators, it offers relatively high initiation efficiency and is suitable for use in low-odor UV-curable applications.

Suitable for low-odor light-curing systems, such as odorless and non-toxic packaging for paper and food packaging, low-odor wood varnishes, low-odor plastics, and applications in the 3C industry.

Recommended Usage

Solubility (20℃, g/100g)

Addition amount: 2~4% for film thickness 5~20mm; 2~6% for film thickness 2~200mm

Users are advised to determine the optimal addition level through preliminary testing

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg per bag
