Description

Lencolo 5033 has a strong absorption peak, effectively absorbing light in the 400–450 nm range. Upon irradiation, it generates highly active free radicals, resulting in enhanced polymerization efficiency. It is specifically designed for deep curing of pigmented ink systems. Typical applications include UV coatings, UV inkjet inks, UV inks, UV texture transfer coatings, UV 3D printing resins, UV adhesives, and other unsaturated systems undergoing UV polymerization.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum

Tips: Lencolo 5033 has a higher absorption peak, which is more effective in the application of colored systems, and the curing of black UV systems is more thorough.
