Lencolo 5028  is a highly efficient photoinitiator that absorbs UV light to initiate chemical reactions, suitable for UV-curable materials based on unsaturated polyesters, acrylate monomers, and similar resins. It exhibits excellent compatibility with organic solvents and can be used in both colorless and pigmented coatings. Typical applications include printing inks, wood coatings, decorative varnishes, and adhesives.

Applications

It can also be used in offset printing, screen printing inks, printing plates and applications in the electronics industry, etc.


Recommended Usage

Addition amount: 2 ~5%

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use.


Storage Conditions

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 20KG/bag


Tips: Lencolo 5028 can be used in combination with UV 907 for UV inks and UV electronic adhesives
