Description

Lencolo 5026 is a new type of UV photosensitizer with excellent performance. It can generate highly active methyl radicals under ultraviolet light irradiation at a dosage of 2% to 5%. Compared with other benzoin ether photosensitizers, it provides higher photoinitiation efficiency and excellent dark storage stability. It is widely used for polymerization of unsaturated monomers and their mixtures, including acrylates, methacrylates, acrylonitrile, acrylamides, styrene, maleic acid, and fumaric acid, as well as for polymerization and crosslinking of unsaturated monomers with oligomers such as polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylates.

Recommended Usage

Addition amount: 2 ~ 5%

It is recommended that users determine the optimal dosage through preliminary testing before use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per bag

Tips:Lencolo 5026 has good absorption for dark colors, light-cured coatings, printing inks, UV-cured adhesives, etc.
