Description

Lencolo 5025 is a high-efficiency type II photoinitiator, which is suitable for photocuring materials composed of unsaturated polyester, etc. It exhibits excellent compatibility with organic solvents and, when used in combination with tertiary amine co-initiators, enables effective UV polymerization. Typical applications include screen printing inks, varnishes, lithographic inks, flexographic inks, electronics, and wood coatings. PI-025 has an absorption peak in the 258–382 nm range. It can also function as a photosensitizer to enhance the curing efficiency of UV 907.

Recommended Usage

Recommended addition: 0.2 ~ 2%

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per bag
