Lencolo 5022 is a low yellowing liquid UV photoinitiator for initiating UV polymerization of unsaturated prepolymerized systems. It achieves a good balance between low residual odor, low exotherm after curing and curing efficiency.

Application
Clear varnish commonly used on wood and plastic surfaces. It can be used in optical films, and can be applied to traditional UV curing formulations, especially in fields requiring low odor, low exotherm, and low yellowing.
Usage method
Film thickness 5-20μm: 2-4 %
Film thickness 20μm: 1-3%
Users are advised to determine the optimum dosage by experiment before use.
Storage, shelf time and Packing
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
