Description

Lencolo 5020 Exhibits stronger absorption in both the UV and visible light regions and is more effective than other photoinitiators in initiating curing in pigmented coating systems. It shows minimal yellowing after curing and under prolonged light exposure, making it suitable for applications with strict yellowing requirements, such as white or light-colored inks and coatings. Additionally, it has photobleaching properties, allowing light to penetrate the coating and promoting thorough curing of thick films.

Recommended Usage

Solubility (20 C, g/100g)

Addition amount: 2~4% for film thickness 5~20mm; 1-3% for film thickness 2-200mm

It is recommended that users determine the optimal dosage through preliminary testing before use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg per bag
