L-8415 is modified polyester acrylate, recommended for use in light-curing coating products. It provides very good adhesion, fast curing speed and wetting leveling on various substrates such as stainless steel, tinplate, galvanized sheet, aluminum, water plating, etc.

Performance
Excellent flexibility, no cracking on metal parts after positive and negative impact, and can pass 1T bend
Good adhesion to various plastics, treated PP, PE, PET, nylon, PET, metal and water plating
Good pigment wettability and good color development
Low shrinkage, high cure rate.

Storage, shelf time and Packing
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation.
This product will be packed into 20KG/200KG/barrel
Tips: L-8415 has good adhesion to tinplate, aluminum, copper, glass, etc., has low shrinkage and good T-bending resistance.
