Description

L-6136 is a highly flexible modified epoxy acrylate resin. Flexible long-chain molecules link the epoxy acrylate groups, with a certain amount of carboxyl groups incorporated into the chains. It retains the high reactivity, brightness, and cost-efficiency of conventional epoxy acrylates, while offering more balanced flexibility, improved build, and higher gloss. In addition, the presence of carboxyl groups enhances adhesion, substrate wettability, and metallization performance. This resin is suitable for a wide range of applications, including UV varnishes.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg drums.

Tips: L-6136 offers better flexibility than L-6135A, suitable for a wide range of soft substrates, with excellent leveling and a clear, colorless appearance.
