Description

L-6316 is an aliphatic trifunctional polyurethane resin featuring good flexibility and fast curing. Under 30 mJ/cm² mercury lamp curing conditions, adding 5% of 1173 is required for complete surface drying. L-6316 is suitable for use in vacuum metallization primers, topcoats, overprint UV varnishes, UV inks, and nail gel systems, where it can significantly enhance film toughness, drying speed, abrasion resistance, and leveling properties.

Storage

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg drums.

Tips: L-6316 is fast-curing, tough, yellowing-resistant, and a liquid at room temperature.
