Lencolo 3007D fluorine-modified polysiloxane, which can form a film at high temperature alone, and the film is soft and has better elasticity. It can be added to silicone resin or other organic resins, which can significantly improve the anti-adhesive, smooth and temperature-resistant properties of the paint film, and it is an ideal high-temperature-resistant, anti-adhesive and antifouling additive.

Performance

Compatible with most solvent systems, promotes leveling of the coating film, and has a strong anti-fouling effect, make the coating film easy to clean, increase the coating resistance to marker pens, anti-graffiti effects, and can also be added into resin to improve performance of the resin.

Usage method
Generally, the weight ratio of the paint is 0.2-2%, and it can be added to the paint in the form of original or pre-diluted liquid into coatings or resins.
It can be directly added to the resin as an additive after being diluted with benzene, esters, and chlorinated hydrocarbons
It is recommended that users determine the optimal dosage through experiments before use.
Storage, shelf time and Packing
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
Tips: Lencolo 3007D is slightly less compatible, please pay attention to its compatibility when applying.
