Description

Lencolo 3007D fluorine-modified polysiloxane, which can form a film at high temperature alone, and the film is soft and has better elasticity. It can be added to silicone resin or other organic resins, which can significantly improve the anti-adhesive, smooth and temperature-resistant properties of the paint film, and it is an ideal high-temperature-resistant, anti-adhesive and antifouling additive.

Product Features

It provides excellent slip, anti-blocking, weather resistance, and heat resistance, forming an elastic protective film. Compatible with most solvent-based systems, it promotes coating flow and leveling, offers strong anti-fouling performance, and makes the coating easy to clean. It enhances resistance to marker pens and graffiti and can also be incorporated into resins to improve their performance.

Applications

Leather lubricants;oil-based high-temperature coatings; high-temperature metal products; non-stick coatings; UV coatings; release coatings; and floor coatings, etc.

Recommended Usage

Generally used at 0.2–2% by weight of the coating, and can be added either as the original product or as a pre-diluted solution.

Can be added directly to the coating or resin, or after dilution with aromatic, ester, or chlorinated solvents as an additive.

Users are recommended to determine the optimal dosage through testing prior to use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum
