Description

Lencolo 3007C is a hydroxyl-containing polysiloxane, due to the presence of terminal primary hydroxyl groups, with suitable polymers as active components, highly effective anti-graffiti additives suitable for UV systems, and also has a leveling effect.

Compatible with most solvent systems and promotes leveling of the coating film.

It has a strong anti-fouling effect, makes the coating film easy to clean, increases the paint resistance to marker pens, good anti-graffiti effect, anti-scratch, anti-sticker, can be used as an anti-graffiti additive.

Application

Industrial coatings, UV coatings, water-based coatings.

Usage method

Generally, the weight ratio of the paint is 2-5%, and it can be added to the paint in the form of original or pre-diluted liquid.

Pigment system is recommended to add when grinding.

There will be turbidity at low temperature, which can be eliminated by heating, which will not affect product quality.

It is recommended that users determine the optimal dosage through experiments before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel.
