Performance

Promote leveling of the coating film, have a strong anti-fouling effect, make the coating film easy to clean, and can be used as an anti-graffiti additives, compatible with most solvent systems, used in solvent-based and UV light curing system.

Usage

Generally, the coating weight ratio is 2-6%, and it should be added in the final stage of the production process, with higher shear force.

It is suggested that users conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 3007 is the one with the best compatibility among anti-fouling additives, and its anti-fouling performance is average.
