Description

Lencolo 3001 is an organosilicon acrylate polymer capable of participating in crosslinking reactions. It effectively imparts excellent leveling and smoothness to coatings, significantly reduces surface tension, enhances substrate wetting, provides strong anti-popping (pinhole) performance, and delivers notable anti-fingerprint properties.

Applications

Recommended Usage

It can be diluted with solvent or directly added to the coating

The addition proportion is generally 2% ~ 6%.

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg drum.

Tip: Lencolo 3001 has good anti-fingerprint performance but slightly lower compatibility; please pay attention to compatibility during use.
