Lencolo 5032 is a photoinitiator for special thin coating UV system, which has strong absorption for specific wave (265nm-395nm). Applied to various UV coatings and UV adhesives for UV curing.

Significantly improved oxygen inhibition, very suitable for curing of thin UV coatings, making the cured system better wear resistance
Application
This product is mostly used in various UV hardening liquids, thin coating UV, UV inks, LED UV adhesive systems
Usage
It is not recommended to be used alone, but can be used in combination with other photoinitiators to adjust the balance between surface curing and deep curing of the product.
Addition amount: 1~3%
Users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.
Storage, shelf time and Packing
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 20KG/bag
Tips: Lencolo 5032 is very suitable for thin coating UV (3-8um), so that the curing is more complete and more wear-resistant.
