Lencolo 5031B is a photoinitiator accelerator for special UV system. It can promote the reaction of various UV resins and has strong absorption for specific wavelengths (365nm-395nm). Various UV coatings that can be cured by LED lamps, UV adhesives can also be used in UV systems cured by mercury lamps to improve surface dryness and crosslinking density of the system.

Performance
Improve the UV curing rate, have a good promotion effect on various UV, make UV curing more thorough, higher conversion rate, better bottom curing effect.
It is very suitable as a photoinitiator for various LED UV systems, making the coating surface dry more thoroughly.
Enhance the adhesion to metal, glass and polymer materials, improve wear resistance.

Usage
It is not recommended to be used alone, but can be used in combination with other photoinitiators to adjust the balance between surface curing and deep curing of the product.
Addition amount: 0.5～3%
Users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.
Note: Store away from light, there is a risk of gelling when exposed to light.
Storage, shelf time and Packing
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
