Description

L-6380F is a specially modified polyurethane acrylate resin formulated as a matte UV-curable coating.It delivers a stable low-gloss finish (2–5°) without haze, maintaining consistent appearance even after prolonged baking or at elevated temperatures. The resin features nano-scale particle fineness and provides excellent transparency, smooth leveling, and uniform edge coverage. It can be applied in thin or multiple layers without whitening, allows recoating, and exhibits excellent substrate adhesion, good elongation, and RCA > 300 cycles.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg/200 kg per drum.

Tips: L-6380F offers excellent matte appearance, soft-touch feel, and high scratch resistance. It is a solvent-containing, halogen-free formulation.
