Description

L-2960 is a specially modified PU resin. After cross-linking reaction with isocyanate, an interpenetrating network structure system is formed. After mixing, toughness and plasticity of base material are outstanding. After drying and film formation, scratches on the surface will not cause a fracture response, and it has good scratch resistance and quick repair effects. The paint film has the characteristics of good fullness, good aging resistance, good anti-fouling performance, and automatic repair function. It is very suitable for high-requirements automotive protective films, automotive interior parts, protective coatings for motorcycle helmets and other fields.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 25kg / 200 kg per drum.

Tips: L-2960's self-healing speed is slightly slower than that of L-2900. The coating film has a self-healing function and can be repaired in seconds after being heated (such as using 60°C hot water), and has anti-stain effects.
