Description

L-9130W is a waterborne acrylic resin for BOPP, produced via a special process copolymerizing acrylic monomers and their esters. It features a core-shell structure with self-crosslinking properties. It demonstrates excellent adhesion, water resistance, scratch resistance, anti-aging, and anti-blocking performance on BOPP, PS, PET, and similar substrates. This resin is widely used in coatings for PET and BOPP films and offers high self-crosslinking, high hardness, fast drying, and outstanding chemical resistance.

It has high carrying capacity for pigments and fillers, good adhesion to BOPP, PS, and PET, flexibility, excellent water resistance, scrub resistance, and alkali resistance, high gloss, high hardness, high fullness, and high weather resistance.

Applications

Used for water-based anti-scratch film coatings, water-based plastic UV primers, etc.

Reference Formula

The product should be stored in a tightly sealed container, protected from freezing and excessive heat. The recommended storage temperature is 10–25 °C.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 50 kg / 200 kg per drum

Tips:L-9130W is used for coating on BOPP film and can be used with L-9110W to improve scratch resistance and anti-sticking.
