Description

Lencolo 4012 is a macromolecular polyester acrylate with special functional groups, which has super strong adhesion. It has good adhesion to PP, metal, glass and other substrates. It does not contain chlorine and is an environmentally friendly and usable treatment agent. It can be used as UV rework water, with strong applicability to UV with good adhesion.

It can improve the adhesion on difficult-to-adhesive surfaces such as glass, ceramics, stone, acrylic, PP, aluminum-magnesium alloys, etc.

Suitable for metal treatment.

Usage

Use Lencolo 4012: toluene: ethyl ester = 1: 2.5: 2.5 to dilute, (use directly after diluting 1:5)

When used as UV rework water, after spraying on the UV surface, it can spray UV coatings again at 65°C for 5-10 minutes.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 4012 has strong applicability to various UVs, good adhesion during rework, and does not contain halogen.
