Description

Lencolo 5013 is a special polymer particle dispersion, which is easy to use and can be used after simple dispersion and mixing. It can provide excellent graffiti resistance, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, smooth feel and matting efficiency, and has good transparency, which can better reveal the color of the primer.

Performance

Provides good scratch and abrasion resistance in PU and other coatings, as well as graffiti resistance, Anti-fingerprint effect has obvious improvement.

Especially suitable for 3C coatings, it will provide a soft matting effect with transparency, which changes the defect of fogging and transparency of the paint film caused by the use of wax powder, and it has the best balance between matting efficiency and hand feeling, Can provide soft and silky touch.

Various scratch-resistant matte UV paints, various anti-fouling PU paints, various anti-fouling UV paints, other anti-fouling industrial paints

Usage

Store at 0～35℃, avoid direct sunlight or high temperature place.

Shake well before use and use up as soon as possible after opening.

Avoid use in high temperature and extremely low temperature environments.

In order to achieve the best feel and smooth effect, it can be dispersed at high speed for 20 minutes before adding to the paint.

Addition amount: 10~50%

It is recommended that the user determine the optimum dosage through experiments before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips:Lencolo 5013 has 100% solid content, good versatility, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance, slightly coarser particle size than Lencolo 5012.
