Description

Lencolo 5004 is a dispersion of specially modified high molecular polymer, which is easy to use and can be used after simple dispersion and mixing. It can provide excellent soft and delicate feel, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance.

Performance

It is especially suitable for elastic paint, providing excellent soft and delicate feel, and at the same time improving the scratch resistance and abrasion resistance of the paint film. At the same time, it is suitable for UV touch paint, ordinary UV paint, and wood paint.

Usage

Store at 0～25ºC, avoid direct sunlight or high temperature place.

Shake well before use and use up as soon as possible after opening.

Avoid use in high temperature and extremely low temperature environments

Addition amount: 1~10% Add according to the customer's hand feel requirements, the greater the amount added, the better the hand feel.

It is recommended that the user determine the optimum dosage through experiments before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 5004 has delicate slippery soft touch, good scratch resistance, high cost. mainly recommended to use in soft touch elastic UV coatings.
