Description

Lencolo 4004 is an acryloyloxy-modified silane polymer with more than two different reactive groups capable of chemically bonding to inorganic materials and chemically bonding to organic materials, which increases the adhesion of coatings to inorganic substrates (e.g., glass, ceramics, ores, etc.) and to metal substrates. This product, high purity, compared with other products, after adding, the product storage stability is better, the comprehensive performance is more stable.

Performance

It can greatly improve the bonding performance on the surface of glass, hardware, ceramics, glass fiber composite materials, etc., and greatly improve the adhesion.

It has wide compatibility, good compatibility with UV, PU, baking varnish and other resins, and can improve the mechanical properties and chemical resistance of coatings at the same time.

Improve the adhesion and salt spray corrosion resistance of epoxy resin.

Improve the dispersion of pigments.

Alcohol solvents can also be used.

Application

UV system coatings, industrial coatings, inks; epoxy, alkyd, polyurethane, acrylic and other systems, water-based glass baking varnish.

Usage

Dilute with isopropanol alone 5-8 times as a treatment agent, bake at 60-120°C, and then apply paint or adhesive. Or directly added to paints, inks, adhesives.

Adding amount: 1%-5% for the full amount

Users are recommended to determine the best addition amount by experiment before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
