Description

Lencolo 4001 is a polar polyester polymer with carboxyl groups to increase adhesion to baking, all types of self drying oil soluble coatings, plastic plating and self drying glass coatings. It can also be used as a UV primer to increase interlayer adhesion between UV topcoats and primers. It has good stability.

Performance

It has good compatibility with most resins, and can increase the adhesion of various types of baking, self-drying oil-soluble coatings, and plastic electroplating self-drying glass coatings to the substrate. In the UV primer, it can prevent silver from falling off, and increase the interlayer adhesion between the UV topcoat and the primer.

Application

All kinds of baking coatings, one-component plastic paints, UV primers, etc.

Usage

Adding amount: 1%-5%( for the full amount)

Users are recommended to determine the best addition amount by experiment before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips:Lencolo 4001 is particularly suitable for one-component silver paints to prevent silver loss and improve interlayer adhesion.
