Description

Lencolo 3160 is a specially modified acrylic polymer, which can increase the surface tension of the coating, thereby improving the adhesion of various coatings, inks, adhesives, composite films, and improving the interlayer adhesion. It has good compatibility with various resins and has Excellent substrate wetting, leveling, anti-cratering, unstable foam, does not affect recoating. Suitable for water-based coatings, printing inks, UV varnishes, and various solvent-based coatings.

Usage

It can be added at any stage in the production process, generally 0.2%-3% by weight of the coating.

Users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 3160 is especially suitable for various UV varnish and UV ink systems that require foil stamping and screen printing, as well as water-based and solvent-based coating systems.
