Description

L-6380H-5 is a specially modified grafted matte UV polyurethane resin. It has high transparency, no blooming or whitening with thin coating, no edge accumulation with thick coating, good self-leveling properties, does not affect re-coating, no odor, no irritation, no solvent, etc. The resin has nanometer fineness, a high matte extinction coefficient, and a gloss as low as 2 to 4° (60° angle gloss meter). The matting gloss is stable and excellent, and the matting performance will not be affected by the baking temperature and baking time.

Performance

The gloss is 2~4°, no blooming, no whitening, good self-leveling, and good wetting and adhesion to the substrate.

It feels delicate and smooth, has good scratch resistance, has defoaming function in thick UV coating, and can improve the yield rate.

Application

UV matte varnish, UV plastic coating, UV screen printing matte oil, large-area UV coating on PVC floors, PVC leather, paper, etc.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation.

This product will be packed into 20KG/200KG/barrel

Attention: The resin would be slightly stratified after a long time. To ensure the performance, please stir it evenly or roll evenly on the ground before use.

Tips: L-6380H-5 has low viscosity, good mattness, good hand feel, odorless, halogen-free and non-irritating.
