(1) Roller coating

Roller coating is the most common coating process for UV light-curing wood coatings. It is mainly used for surface coating of various boards such as wood boards, high-density boards, fiberboards, and wooden floors. The roller coating coating process adopted by UV photocuring wood paint is as follows: adjust the pressure of the paint roller and paint leveling roller on the coating machine, and after the paint film thickness of the paint roller reaches the required requirements, the coated parts are sent Under the paint roller, the paint liquid is evenly coated on the surface of the coated part, (or after leveling), and sent to the light curing channel. After a few seconds or more than ten seconds of ultraviolet light, the paint film achieves instant drying and curing , Wood product surface paint film coating drying curing process is completed. The performance characteristics of the roller coating process are: the coating thickness of the paint film can be adjusted flexibly and quickly, the amount of paint liquid is small, and the coating speed is fast, which is suitable for continuous and rapid production of coating lines.

 

(2) Dip coating

Dip the wood products that need to be fully coated into the trough filled with UV light-curing paint, and then lift the coated piece to remove the excess UV light-curable paint liquid on the surface of the painted piece, and then send the painted piece into the UV light-cured channel. After a few seconds to more than ten seconds of ultraviolet light, the paint film of the coated part is instantly dried and cured, and the paint film of the wooden product is cured, and the wood product can be used, or packaged and stored. Dip coating is divided into two coating processes: mechanical dip coating and manual dip coating; mechanical dip coating is suitable for continuous production applications in production lines, and manual dip coating is suitable for manual production applications; after dipping paint liquid, all paint film surfaces need to be good Therefore, it is necessary to arrange the positions of the lamp tubes, adjust the different angles, adjust the viscosity of the paint liquid and the lifting speed of the dip coating, in order to achieve a satisfactory light-curing drying effect.

 

(3) Drenching coating

The flow coating process is: UV light-cured wood paint flows to the surface of wood products below through the conveying pipe or the inclined slope seam, and the excess paint liquid is pumped into the high-level paint tank through the conveying pump and recycled. UV light-cured wood paint is applied to the surface of wood products by flow coating, then enters the light-curing channel through the conveyor belt, and is illuminated for a few seconds to more than ten seconds. After the paint film dries and solidifies instantly, the wood products can be used immediately or packaged for storage . The flow coating process is suitable for: continuous production of a variety of large-scale wood product boards for paint film coating, paint liquid coating is fast, high efficiency, and good quality and effect.

 

(4) Spraying coating

The spraying process is divided into high-pressure airflow spraying, vacuum spraying, high-pressure vacuum spraying, etc. Take the high-pressure airflow spraying process as an example: the working principle of the high-pressure airflow spraying process is to use high-pressure airflow to spray UV light-cured wood paint into an atomized shape, spray it on the surface of wood products, and after reaching the specified paint film thickness, send it to After entering the light curing channel, it will be dried and cured within a few seconds to more than ten seconds under the light, and the wooden products can be used immediately or packaged for storage. UV light-cured wood paint adopts spraying process, and it is used for surface coating of wood products, which has the advantages of small equipment investment, fast and efficient anger, and good quality and effect.
