    Description

    Lecolo 5030 is a photoinitiator for special LED-UV system. It has strong absorption for specific wavelength (365-395 nm). It is recommended for UV coatings and UV adhesives, especially used for LED lamp curing.

    Performance

    1.Photoinitiators suitable for various LED-UV systems,especially the UV black ink and thick coated UV coatings.

    2.Complete curing, better bottom curing effect.

    3.It has fast curing rate.


    Application

    This product is mostly used in LED -UV ink,and LED-UV adhesive system.


    Usage method:

    It can be used alone or in combination with other photoinitiators, which can adjust the balance between surface curing and deep curing.

    Addition: 0.5-1.5%

    Users are advised to determine the optimum dosage by experiment before use.


    Storage, shelf time and Packing

    This product will be functional for 1 year as long as storing under normal temperature and keeping away f-rom heat and light.

    This Product will be packed into 25kgs/drum.
