Lencolo 8766 is a specially modified polysiloxane with special wetting, leveling and penetration properties and excellent anti-adhesive and peel-off properties.

Performance
Excellent anti-adhesion, peeling aid, soft gloss, making the coating have more wet slippery feeling.
Good wetting, leveling and spreading properties. It can enhance the permeability of deep and fine-grained release papers and increase the three-dimensional texture.
Can improve the color development of resin and effectively prevent occurrence of floating color.
Can effectively prevent the occurrence of watermarks, water stripes, water spots, drag lines, oil spots and other defects during production.
Excellent compatibility with PU resin and is not easy to precipitate, so it leaves little residue on the release paper and is very effective in maintaining the release paper for repeated use.

Usage
Recommended dosage: 1%-5% (of total formulation).
Users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.
Storage, shelf time and Packing
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
