Lencolo 2108 is an acrylate modified non silicon defoamer, which is suitable for improving the fluidity of solvent and non solvent coatings and has the strongest foam inhibition, defoaming and foam breaking effects, which is suitable for high viscous coating systems. At the same time, it has good compatibility, is not easy to occur shrinkage in the system, and has safe performance. It is especially suitable for all kinds of pure UV inks, varnishes and other UV systems.

Performance
1. Strong defoaming ability, fast defoaming speed and good compatibility. It is especially suitable for UV screen printing ink in all kinds of pure UV varnish

Application
It is especially suitable for coatings, inks and adhesives of pure UV system. At the same time, it can also be used for bi-component Pu, amino baking paint, nitro dip-coating, acid curing amino, epoxy and other solvents system, solvent-free systems and so on.
Usage method
Addition amount: 0.1 ~ 2.0% of the total amount
Users are advised to determine the best addition amount through experiments before use.
Storage, shelf time and Packing
This product will be functional for 6 month as long as storing under normal temperature and keeping away from heat and light.
This Product will be packed into 25kg/drum.
