Lencolo 1108 is a kind of chelate polymer copolymer with affinity group for inorganic powder. It has excellent wetting and dispersion effect. It is suitable for the dispersion of imported matt powder, domestic matt powder, inorganic filler, metal powder, nano powder and other powders; It is especially suitable for matt powder dispersion system, with outstanding performance of high efficiency dispersion, viscosity reduction and settlement resistance.

Performance
1. It has great viscosity reducing performance for system coatings and inks with high dumb powder content (20%) and provides excellent fluidity.
2. It can disperse matt powder slurry without the appearance of particles, coarseness and high gloss rise etc and effectively prevent sedimentation.
3. It has little effect on gloss, excellent stability and excellent resin compatibility.
4. It has excellent dispersing and wetting properties for matt powder and inorganic pigments and fillers by precipitation method and gas phase method.
5. It is used for matte UV, NC and Pu system coatings. It has the advantages of wide application range, low addition and high performanceIIndustrial coatings, automotive coatings, anti-corrosion coatings and coil coatings are especially suitable for dispersing wetting agent of titanium dioxide and aluminum silver paste, and have outstanding performance in epoxy floor system.

Usage method
Addition proportion: the proportion added to matt powder is 5 ~ 12%, and it takes 3 ~ 5 minutes for matt powder to chelate and disperse
Users are advised to determine the best addition amount through experiments before use.
Note: when the addition is too large, please evaluate the storage stability of the system.
Storage, shelf time and Packing
This product will be functional for 6 month as long as stored under normal temperature and keeping away from heat and light.
This Product will be packed into 25kgs/drum.
